Straw Bale Gardens Complete (can't underline in this field) sounds interesting to me. I pick up a lot of hay bales after Thanksgiving. People in our neighborhood just don't compost as much as they should. I use the bales to pen in my fallen leaves. I'd like to do something else w/ them, and this would be a good guide. I've also heard of this style of gardening and suggested it to a friend in NC who has really difficult soil conditions on his property. This book would be great to share with him.

For me it's Starting & Saving Seeds. I'm trying but find it so confusing all of the different information about which seeds need which type treatment before planting. Not to mention how to store properly. Growing a garden is expensive but if I can get this down it would be a lot less so.

I am most excited by the Vertical Gardening book as gardens are getting smaller and there is not always space to grow vegetables. It would be so good to learn how to do this.

I like them all! But the first one I want to see is Vertical Gardening. I would like to see how this is done and if I can do it myself! Thanks for the giveaway!

The one I am most interested in is the Mastering the Art of Vegetable Gardening with the Starting & Saving Seeds in a very close second. Some of my plants just don't do well or grow funky in my garden & I'm hoping to find out why.

They all look great, but the Seed Saving one would help a lot in my goal of not spending all my money on seeds!

I am really excited about the Mastering the Art of Vegetable Gardening book. I have been gardening on and off for years but really got serious last year and did well, but I know I can be doing better. I'm excited about the spring finally arriving and getting the garden ready for this season.
